I live in this trailer park and I might get some Flack because of what I'm about to say but honesty is the key. The new management is very rude and they do not treat the trailer park as a community. There is no setting up payment plans if you can't pay the full payment on the 1st like there used to be. They will send a letter put one on your door and then take you to court, over partial payments. I would not recommend moving into the trailer park. After we signed a lease for a price that was on the lease since then they have bumped it up $19 is in less than one year. Stating that they needed a new trash company and that would cost 6 extra dollars a month on our bill and now another $13 a month is going to be added to the bill stating beautification of the trailer park. 4 years ago before I lived here they bumped the rent up around $16 a month stating they were going to install a play area for the children of the park, well that has not happened. 4 years later. I love my trailer it's the first home that I purchased and outside of the manager or management at the park it's a great place to live and raise a child. I'm not sure about the upper management but I will be making a call to them, and will repost after that conversation.
Bad management. It's not a well kept mobile park. Grass not cut, mobile home's not kept up its just not a good place to live.
Horrible management! Would never live here again mor would i never recommend any one to move here! They do not care for residents! Only move here if you like to keep paying higher bills especially water increasing 300%!!! to every resident! Also if you like to be discriminated against!!!
This place is the worst place I've ever lived, if you spend any amount of time living there you'll know what I mean.
