Walked in and they wouldn't even deal with us. Obviously didn't want the business we were going to bring them.
After letting them know what I felt the issue with my car was I was still charged for 3.5 hours of "diagnostic" time then charged almost double what I can buy the part for. I've used them in the past but won't in the future..not a happy customer.
B&B did a fantastic job on the body work to fix my 2012 Ford Focus, after I hit a deer. They even gave me a loaner car to drive. Everything was done really fast and the car looks like brand new again.
Fixed my husbands Subaru after accident in December, treated my sister great and has done great work on my van. Nothing but praise here
